METHOD 1: PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL
STEP 1: Shop for the item you like, click on "Add to Cart". This will direct you to the paypal page.
STEP 2: Choose either to
a) Continue Shopping (Web page will prompt you to close the browser. Click "Yes" and you will be redirected back to the Shopping Page)
b) Check Out (Payment via Credit Card)
c) Check Out Using PayPal (Payment via PayPal Account)
METHOD 2: PAYMENT VIA DBS/POSB ATM OR INTERNET BANKING TRANSFER
STEP 1: Email in the following format to thegingerrack@gmail.com
Email Subject: Order for "XXX"
Email Body:
- Name:
- Items:
- Mailing Address:
- Contact Number
STEP 2: You will receive a confirmation email (with instructions for payment) within 1 day.
STEP 3: Make your payment and inform us by replying to the confirmation email. We will cancel your order if we do not receive your payment within 2 days.
STEP 4: We will send you an email once we have mailed your item. You can expect to receive your package in 3-4 working days from the mailing date.
Note
All items will be delivered via SingPost Standard Mail.
For bulky items which cannot be sent via Standard Mail, we will arrange to meet you at either of the following MRT Exchanges to pass you the items.
- Dhoby Ghaut
- Cityhall
- Raffles Place
- Serangoon
